Shipping policy


You will receive an order acknowledgment via email from us when we have received your order. After that, you will receive a delivery confirmation as soon as we have processed and sent your order. With this, you get a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to the chosen delivery point. If you enter your mobile number when ordering, you will receive an SMS with your avi when the package is ready to be picked up. In the event of a sale, there may be a delay in the processing of your order and the delivery time may be a little longer. If you do not pick up your package within 14 days, the package will be sent back to us. A repurchase is then made automatically, but Hugo does not pay any shipping costs and charges a fee of SEK 200.

Estimated delivery times are 1-3 working days in Sweden and Europe and 2-5 working days for the rest of the world. We use DHL within Sweden and Fedex for Europe and the rest of the world

Pick up in store - S:t Eriksgatan 39, Stockholm Within 24 hours on weekdays if you choose to pick up your order in our store on S:t Eriksgatan in Stockholm. Your order is ready to be picked up when you have received your delivery confirmation via email. Bring valid identification and a receipt for your order. Agents must be able to show both their own and your identification. No shipping costs are added for delivery to the store.



Non-delivery or delayed delivery

We ask that you contact our customer service if your package has not arrived at your agent within 5 working days (8 working days within Europe/Rest of the World), so we can locate the problem. Should your package get lost during transport to you, we at Hugo are responsible for this.
