SALE
As a customer, you have 14 days right of return from the day you pick up your order. This also applies to the purchase of reduced-price goods. In the event of a sale, the sale prices apply while stocks last. During the sale, we receive many orders and because we share stock with our store, there can sometimes be a mistake in stock due to, among other things, shop theft. It's something we try to avoid as much as possible, but if it happens we'll contact you as soon as we discover it.
Sales to minors
At Hugo we do not sell products to minors without the consent of a guardian.
Delivery
You will receive an order acknowledgment via email from us when we have received your order. After that, you will receive a delivery confirmation as soon as we have processed and sent your order. With this, you get a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to the chosen delivery point. If you enter your mobile number when ordering, you will receive an SMS with your avi when the package is ready to be picked up.
In the event of a sale, there may be a delay in the processing of your order and the delivery time may be a little longer. If you do not pick up your package within 14 days, the package will be sent back to us. A repurchase is then made automatically, but Hugo does not pay any shipping costs and charges a fee of SEK 200.

Estimated delivery times are 1-3 working days in Sweden and Europe and 2-5 working days for the rest of the world. We use DHL within Sweden and Fedex for Europe and the rest of the world
Pick up in store - Free - S:t Eriksgatan 39, Stockholm
Within 24 hours on weekdays if you choose to pick up your order in our store on S:t Eriksgatan in Stockholm. Your order is ready to be picked up when you have received your delivery confirmation via email. Bring valid identification and a receipt for your order. Agents must be able to show both their own and your identification. No shipping costs are added for delivery to the store.
Non-delivery or delayed delivery
We ask that you contact our customer service if your package has not arrived at your agent within 5 working days (8 working days within Europe/Rest of the World), so we can locate the problem. Should your package get lost during transport to you, we at Hugo are responsible for this.
Payment
Klarna Checkout
You who live in Sweden pay smoothly and securely with Klarna Checkout. With Klarna, you don't have to look for card numbers or bank boxes when shopping. But if you want to pay directly via your bank or by card, it works just as well. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners and American Express. When you complete the purchase, the money is reserved in your account, to be withdrawn at the time of delivery. You can also choose to pay by invoice or partial payment.
Klarna Direct
With Klarna Direkt, you pay directly at the till with Mobile BankID. The money is only withdrawn when we have sent your goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when Klarna has received the payment. Activate the service directly by logging in to Klarna's website.
Klarna invoice
If you keep the first choice, which is to pay against invoice, the payment period is 14 days.
* Always receive the item before paying.
* You can pay the full amount of the invoice or choose to pay from SEK 50/month or 1/24 of the total amount.
* If you choose to pay a lower amount, your invoice will be converted to a Klarna account.

Klarna Partial payment
Is a payment method where you choose how much you want to pay each month. All your purchases are collected in your Klarna account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.
* Always receive the item before paying.
* Pay from SEK 50/month or 1/24 of the total amount.
* All your purchases are collected on one account and on one invoice.
* Shop now - pay at the end of next month.
* An airmail fee of SEK 29, regardless of the number of purchases.
* You can pay the entire amount at once at any time.

PayPal
Paypal is a fast and secure payment method with no extra fees. You can choose to fund your payment from your PayPal balance or via a debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one with your first purchase with PayPal on Hugo. If you pay with PayPal, you are covered by seller protection, which means that you are always guaranteed your money back in the unlikely event that you do not receive your item. Policy
The personal data you provide to us will not be forwarded, sold, exchanged or shared with other companies, organizations or individuals without your consent.
Our only purpose in collecting and saving the information is to be able to provide you with optimal service.
Cookies
According to the Act on Electronic Communications which entered into force on 25 July 2003, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of so-called cookies, and given the opportunity to prevent their use.

Our website uses the friendly version of cookies, so-called session cookies. When you are inside and browsing a web page, session cookies are sent between your computer and our server to be able to exchange information. We do not save any personal information via session cookies. Session cookies are not permanently stored on your computer, but disappear when you close your browser.

When you visit this website, your IP address is automatically registered to measure the frequency of visits.
How do I shop?
1. Select the category and the product you are interested in. Enter your preferences in detail (for example, size and color) and click "Add to Cart." The product is automatically placed in your shopping cart.
2. In the shopping cart you see the amount you have shopped for. If you want to see your products, remove or change the number, click on "To checkout".
3. At the checkout, log in or register as a customer (if you haven't shopped before). It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address as the order confirmation with your order number is sent to the address you enter.
4. You check your order, choose how you want to pay and how the goods are to be shipped. You agree to our purchase terms and proceed by clicking "Finish purchase".
5. Your order is sent to us at the same time you receive a confirmation by e-mail. Contact us if you have not received your order confirmation within 1 day.
6. Your goods will be delivered within 14 days (our ambition is to deliver stocked goods on the same day or the following day as payment is received).
